There are more than 300 pcs of weaving machines and around 150 workers in the factory. Usually the poplin has different gsm and width, so before we making order, need customer sample to confirm the quality and color detials. TC poplin/ pocketing fabric is gray fabric firstly when getting from the machine, later will send to the dying/ printing factory to make color or designs per customer request. After confirmed by the customer, we will make gross products per the color sample or design sample, to ensure the quality is satisfied. At last, the fabric will be packed per customer requirement, such as 50m per roll or 100m per fold, with golden stamp and belts, or just normal inner plastic bag +outside woven bag, with shipping mark on it.all what we do is based on customer request, to ship early and no other quality problem.
